EEOICPA & RECA

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) & the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) are federal government programs which provide monetary compensation and home healthcare services at NO COST to former government employees who became ill as a result of working in the atomic weapons industry.

Many of our clients worked at the local energy facilities; including K-25, ORISE, X-10, OSTI, S-50, and the Y-12 Plant where they were exposed to radioactive and other hazardous chemicals. As a result of this exposure they suffer from various cancers, lung problems, and other illnesses.

If you have an Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA) ID card then we can help you. Read more on our EEOICPA & RECA page.
